OK That makes sense. :)

It could end up being a huge job if we are successful.

Yes I'd like to stay with Dreamhost I like them
because they are reliable!

I liked Designs on Demand. DOM Stands for dominant
and let's hope we end up the dominant instant download
site. :)

I'm glad you agree. It will give designers who don't
know how to put a web site together the opportunity to
showcase their designs.

LOL Yes everything like that will have to be doubled
checked. I was running off at the mouth without
explaining myself as usual!

Let's say every two weeks to begin with. If we find
we are not run off our feet, we can allow 10 designs
every week.

No she hasn't. I like Stoyanka so I'm not bad
mouthing her on purpose but she has held us up so
often on the Expo. The last thing we want with this
new venture is somebody who only gives 20% when we
need 100%.

Steve is a disappointment. The way he started off was
a real asset. Perhaps he became frustrated after the
first Expo when he realised the designers don't go out
of their way to help us and Stoyanka more or less
sites back and dishes out orders. I noticed she
mainly asks Donna to do things for her.

Yes and if they are the kind of people who share, it
won't matter if they download the file once or twice
they are still going to share.
I know now we can set the number times a file can be
downloaded. If a file isn't downloaded, does it
expire? I know some of the cross stitch women only
get online once every few weeks. I am wondering if by
the time they get online the expiry date might have
elapsed. Is there a way to set it up so the file can
been download twice and an expiry date set for two
weeks if the file hasn't been downloaded.

No. When we send a payment to the designers, they
cover the PayPal transaction fees.

Sending money through PayPal doesn't cost the sender a
cent. Only the receiver covers the transaction fees.

Yes. We will want to know the site and all it's
workings inside out before we take it live.

I love your enthusiasm! don't loose it, just reign it
in slightly. :)

LOL They are not important connections but some of
them might come in handy.

Couldn't add to the PayPal code 'AOS - Time for fun.'
Where we have 'Expo' replace it with initials of the
designs name or web site.
I do like the name Designs on Demand!
I've got some colour schemes for you to play with.
You might hate all of them. I haven't tested them to
see what they are like. I don't know if the colours
will clash but most shouldn't.
