LOL I was thinking the same thing right from the very
first email she sent. This lady has one hell of an
ego.

I was annoyed by her continual insistence on wanting
information now! We really weren't ready for her to
promote but she wouldn't take no for an answer.

As much as I hate to admit it Karen is right. There
are bound to be much larger problems ahead we are
going to have face, get through and come out of
stronger than before.
