I sent the wrong version.

This is the one I am happy with.

-----------------
How this domain name dispute got started.

Heather and Donna had a misunderstanding. Donna
apologised three times to Heather. Heather would not
accept Donna's apology. Being sane rational people we
thought the incident was behind us. NOT SO!

Heather went on a witch hunt! She contacted Margaret
and told her about our .org site. I am positive
Margaret didn't know Heather had ulterior motives for
contacting her.

We did try to work with Margaret to smooth out any
differences so both sites could co-exist without
causing the other problems. After Margaret contacted
our host we were waiting for our host to contact us.
They didn't. So the next logical step for Margaret to
take was to file a complaint against us with ICANN.

Although we think Margaret asked us to concede too
much, the majority of the correspondence between
Margaret and ourselves was conducted in a professional
and polite manner. In my opinion, without Heather's
interference we might have been able to come to some
kind of arrangement that was suitable to both Margaret
and us.

Again it is my opinion because things were moving too
slowly for Heather, she decided to trash us in her
blog. It was then we knew that the whole domain name
fiasco has been set in motion by Heather. If Heather
didn't set the whole thing up, how would Margaret
happend to stumble across the one cross stitch web
site that had a grude against us? Why would Margaret
even seek out another cross stitch site to plead her
case? I don't believe Margaret did seek out Heather.
Heather used Margaret for her own gains in her efforts
to bring us done.

I wrote to Heather and told her I knew she had
contacted Margaret about our .org site. She didn't
deny it.

Over the last 24 hours (January 24, 2008) Heather took
it upon herself to contact all of the designers who
had signed on with us. I don't know exactly what she
said to them because the designers did not go into
detail.

After we found out Heather was trying her best to talk
the designers into leaving us, we contacted each
designer. We were honest and up front with each of
them. We said we would understand if they wanted
their designs removed from our site. We KNOW how long
and hard each designer has worked to build a good
reputation and clientele.

All of our designers have indicated they are happy to
stay with us.

In my opinion Heather's problem is she is a legend in
her own mind. When she contacted us in the very
beginning to get some information to promote our
Designs on Demand, we were still in the process of
setting the site up. We didn't answer her emails fast
enough and she told us "CNN wouldn't wait for you and
neither will I" She accused us of being disorganised.
We were only disorganised because we didn't give her
the time she demanded. We were not ready for a full
blown promotion campaign at the time Heather contacted
us. She proceed to write a great article about us.
Both Karen and I told her how much we appreciated it.
Then the misunderstand with Donna happened. What the
three of us failed to realise was this was the
beginning of a crusade on Heather's part to have us
shut down.

We have had many emails of support. We have been sent
emails which were sent through Yahoo groups we don't
belong to, all the emails to those Yahoo groups
supported us and a few people in those Yahoo groups
didn't have very nice things to say about Heather and
the way she runs her site.

We are now working frantically to get the new
Needlework Designs on Demand ready to open.

Heather don't bother to promote us we can do without
your kind of help.

I've made most of the changes Rick suggested. The only one I haven't made yet is the one on the refunds page. It isn't listed in the define pages editor so...

Donna, I changed the name in the headers because it used to say shipping and returns. Look for the page that says shipping, not refunds. Karen ... -- The Art...
