I think that the following e-mail should be sent to Heather:

 If the post by Rick of Rick's Charts is not put back immediately, DesignsonDemand.org is considering pursuing libel charges against independentneedleworknews.com and Heather "last name unknown" for the incorrect and inflammatory remarks posted on her web site. Designsondemand.org has tried unsuccessfully to redress this situation, but have been blocked because of a personal vendetta by the reporter against the other parties involved.

Nothing else is necessary at this point.

Rick, I agree with Karen that what is needed here is a domain name change, with a post defending your position on designsondemand.org (and with a redirect, of course.)

Stitch designs on demand sounds like a good
alternative. I do, however, think that perhaps you or Donna need to purchase the
domain name through dreamhost. 

Donna can you do the honours? Legally I don't own
rickscharts.com I gave Donna the money and she
purchased it for me.

I think, however, if we do this, we should for a
time do more than just have a redirect. I still think we should defend
ourselves using the .org site. As long as what we state is true, it may piss
her off, but I don't know that she could do much about it. We could
defend our names and reputations and still lead them to our new site. We
could state that we're not changing because we're in the wrong, but
that our reputations mean more to us than a name.
Is this a little better compromise to you?
