I wonder if Margaret noticed we'd changed the title pages with spaces between the words and this is what got her panties in a bunch!

I've left a message for Don to call me so I can let him know what's going on. There could be a chance if Dreamhost does try to contact us they may e-mail him since he owns the main account.

I'm looking at it this way, we go on as normal and see if we hear from Dreamhost. If we don't, or if they reply to my message telling us not to worry, then we forget about Margaret and not even bother with her. If they tell us she can't do anything about it then that means they've told her as well.

All she has proved to Dreamhost is she owned the name
first. It doesn't give her exclusive rights to it.
If most people went on as she is, those domain names
above wouldn't be for sale because too many law suits
would be filed.
She said she contacted them. I think you should
contact them and explain our products are not the
same. She sells photos on mugs, key rings, plates and
so on, we sell cross stitch pattern for instant
download.
Then explain she sells a few patches which are NOT
embroidered. I would let them know she has a
different domain name for her patches.
