Now if she thinks by registering the .com makes it

All she has proved to Dreamhost is she owned the name
first. It doesn't give her exclusive rights to it.

If most people went on as she is, those domain names
above wouldn't be for sale because too many law suits
would be filed.

She said she contacted them. I think you should
contact them and explain our products are not the
same. She sells photos on mugs, key rings, plates and
so on, we sell cross stitch pattern for instant
download.

Then explain she sells a few patches which are NOT
embroidered. I would let them know she has a
different domain name for her patches.
