Current incoming email is unaffected, but email more than about three days old is not accessible to me at the moment due to a program crash. I hope to have the problem remedied very soon because I rely on my email for so many things, including a lot having to do with INN. If you have sent me email recently but not received a response, I suggest resending your email, as it is probably in the inaccessible folders. The Goode Huswife’s Book of Designs Vol. 1 has been published and includes these ten favorite Goode Huswife designs: 1798 Quaker, Nine Patch, The Birth Sampler, Ellen Birdseye, A Primitive Bird, Mattie Graves Quilt, With My Needle, Elizabeth Easton, Live Simply, and June Morning.
The cost is $79 (or $7.90 per design, which is extremely reasonable), and it may be ordered directly from The Goode Huswife if your local shop isn’t carrying it.
Fans and collectors of The Goode Huswife designs should note the title of the book. The fact that it is Volume 1 implies there will be further books containing more out of print and hard to find Goode Huswife designs published in the future … So consider skipping those high-priced eBay auctions and saving your pennies for later, when the profits can go directly to the designer, too!
